Up for sale is a stunning PRS Singlecut Hollowbody II in pristine condition! It has only been played in house, never gigged, non-smoking home, meticulously stored in its original case (when not played) in a temperature controlled environment.
Guitar has highly flamed maple 10 top/back with mahogany wrapped sides.  The neck is mahogany in pattern regular shape (not too thick, not too thin). Fretboard is Indian rosewood with Ivoroid border abalone bird inlays and exposed locking tuners. Pickups are 57/08 with 3 way selector and mini switch. Has Piezo electronics with separate input jack for acoustic tones. Weight is 5.75 lbs per specs. The guitar plays and sounds incredible like a high-end PRS usually does. It has wonderful airy acoustic sound and excellent playability. The guitar has incredible sound and versatility as it will do it all from soft bluesy/jazz tones to heavy rock.
