This is an incredibly rare 1970s Shin-Ei Resly Tone RT18 guitar effects pedal that I recently purchased from the USA. It had been in the same household for decades, where the previous owner purchased it. This is an extremely rare 240v version. This one, unlike most of the others I have seen for sale, is completely uncirculated! It has had a recent check over by a leading UK tech to confirm all is well with it.
