How often does a nice vintage lefty come up for sale? I had to grab this when I saw it for sale. Being a lefty myself, this one spoke volumes to me. It’s the nicest sunburst colour I’ve ever seen, with a wonderful contour on the body that looks like the earlier versions! It was also incredibly well looked after by the previous owner – the condition is to die for! This was the old owner’s pride and joy, but also his working machine. He swapped out the old pickups for a set of high quality and custom ordered 1980s Evans ‘Red Top’ noiseless pickups as used by Jeff Healey. He also had a crazy rare Ampro Activator (Tim DeWhalley invention) placed inside the guitar to work well with the pickups. Trust me when I say, these have been done exceptionally clean and also an incredible upgraded for a player. The sound is just stunning! I doubt you’ll find another example like it!
