Recently I was contacted by a fella down south who’d had this guitar left to him by a family member upon their passing. They had bought it brand new back in 1986 from Royal Music in Brooklyn, NY. On their travels and had since kept it under the bed in pretty incredible condition. It’s a 1986 Gibson SG Standard with those classic Tim Shaw pickups. It has the original chainsaw case, and even the warranty card too! The only thing he had done in all the time he had it was replace the machine heads for Grover’s, otherwise kept it all original. It’s a stunning guitar and one you’ll not be disappointed with! Please see the pictures below as they form part of my description.
